Proper form is emphasized with beginner, intermediate & advanced MODIFICATIONS.
Nothing is out of bounds for equipment;
TRX, resistance bands, hills, boxing gloves, you name it, let's try it.
*suitable for every fitness level*
You will need to sign a Release of Liability & Medical PAR-Q before participating in classes. If you will require a doctors note, please bring it to class.
Fitness is not only for adults.
Kids are welcome to play unsupervised during class.
